Pat Morgan, President & CEO of FSPS, Inc., is a certified project management consultant to the commercial and federal research and development (R&D) sectors with over 20 years experience in systems-based Project Management. Pat is an internationally recognized project management researcher and conference speaker, and has appeared in leading professional management trade magazines. Pat is on the Board of Directors of the American Society for the Advancement of Project Management (www.asapm.org), as well as the Licensing Executive Society's - Software Licensing Task Force (http://www.usa-canada.les.org/).

Walter Sampson, Chief Technology Officer, Generalist, has over thirty years of systems engineering experience in the high tech industry. In the last ten years Walt has specialized in I.T. systems-based product Research and Development (R&D). Walt participates in accelerated learning forums to promote higher success rates in systems integration project management.

He is dedicated to advancing Project Management's recognition and utilization of "Systems Thinking" in high tech's planning and execution of business-critical systems projects. Walt participates in accelerated learning forums to promote higher success rates in today's systems development projects.

Michael McClain, Chief Operating Officer, and Marketing for FSPS Inc., has over 30 years experience in Enterprise system-level Project Management, System Research and Development, and Operations Management. Mike's background is international in scope, including projects around the globe with successful engagements in the Construction, Telecom, Financial, and Manufacturing industries, as well as in the Government Contracting arena.

Mike is the Founder of the Pike's Peak Regional chapter of the Project Management Institute (http://www.pmi.org/), and is a Founder and Member of the Board of Directors of the American Society for the Advancement of Project Management (www.asapm.org).
